Salary and Benefits (Employee Benefits)
- Starting Salary
- Graduate school graduates: ¥263,000 per month
University graduates: ¥255,000 per month
Junior college, technical college, or two-year vocational school graduates:
¥240,000 per month
High school graduates: ¥225,000 per month - Allowances
