Since our founding in 1974, we have been engaged in renovation work for building equipment, focusing on HVAC and plumbing. Our main clients include businesses and organizations operating office buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, public facilities, and facilities within railway stations, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We have built an extensive track record through the many construction projects we have completed over the years. Recently, rising material and labor costs have led to a significant increase in demand for renovation of aging buildings. Against this backdrop, we have increasingly been able to contribute as experts in comprehensive renovation work that combines electrical and building work with HVAC and plumbing. Furthermore, as the latest equipment - designed for superior environmental performance and comfort - continues to emerge, we make proposals that accurately address our customers' needs and carry out higher-quality renovation work. We have adopted "From Diagnosis to Treatment" as our theme for working with various types of equipment. We will continue to refine our ability to "create the comfort people seek with our own hands," while never losing sight of meeting deadlines and continually improving quality, and remain sincere in our commitment to our customers.
