New Installation and Renovation of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems

In the Tokyo metropolitan area, where construction of various types of buildings is progressing at a rapid pace, demand for new installations of various systems is increasing. At the same time, the need to renovate aging systems is also growing, and our clients are increasingly looking to us to meet these needs. Our job is to take full responsibility for managing the installation of the various systems essential to these spaces.

Main responsibilities - Construction work

New installation, renovation, and repair of HVAC equipment, ducts, piping, and electrical systems

New installation, expansion, and replacement of heating and cooling sources, air-handling units, fan coil units, etc.

Inspection, adjustment, and repair of automatic control equipment, coatings, insulation, and piping leaks

Comprehensive building, electrical, and plumbing work associated with various renovations

Maintenance of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, piping, ducts, etc.

We work directly with building owners to propose solutions ranging from surveys and measurements to various types of construction work.

Main Responsibilities - Surveys and Measurements

Measurement of airflow, temperature and humidity, noise, vibration, static pressure, and electrical insulation

Investigation of the causes of tenant complaints and proposals for solutions

Investigation of corrosion and air pollution levels, and assessment of compliance with relevant laws and regulations

CAD-based design work and coordination with the construction site

Based on discussions with our clients, we propose construction plans tailored to their needs. We then create MEP design drawings using CAD. MEP design is essential for ensuring that equipment performs as intended and for creating comfortable spaces, while also taking into consideration safety, environmental impact, durability, and aesthetics. Our on-site and design teams work closely together to meet our customers’ needs.

To take charge of a project on site, you will need various qualifications related to facilities engineering. Our headquarters is located in Shinagawa. We primarily handle projects in Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Saitama. Field staff often go directly to and from worksites without stopping at the headquarters, while staff at the headquarters also perform CAD-based drawing work.
