The Strength Built Over 50 Years

As our name suggests, Tokyo Thermal primarily provides equipment installation services in and around Tokyo. Founded in 1974, we have provided essential infrastructure services for everyday life for more than 50 years, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Fifty years carries great significance. Infrastructure-related equipment work is not influenced by changing trends. It is a business in which we continually pursue advances in technology and product quality in each field while building strong relationships of trust with our customers. Since our founding, we have continued to actively take on work that other companies in our industry are reluctant to undertake, in keeping with our long-standing policy, and have steadily built strong relationships of trust with our customers. The figure "50 years" tells the story of the weight of that accumulated trust.

Consistency Is the Power of Human Skills

Our office is located in Shinagawa, but for the members of our Engineering Department, each job site is their office. At renovation sites, such as an office building or a shopping mall, they work closely with staff from partner companies, listening to our customers' needs and incorporating proposals as they carry out the work. In a sense, they are entrusted with representing Tokyo Thermal and carrying out the work to Tokyo Thermal's quality standards. In short, it is no exaggeration to say that this job tests the site supervisor’s human skills. The relationships of trust we have built with our customers have been faithfully passed down from senior employees to younger generations over the years. Tokyo Thermal continues to grow alongside our customers, and will continue to grow with them in the years to come.

Good Work, Good Ideas, Good Team

Communication with clients and partner companies is important on-site, but close coordination with our in-house staff is equally essential. Whether dealing with urgent drawing revisions or unexpected problems, it is essential that "Team Tokyo Thermal" functions effectively so that everyone can work toward the same goal. In this line of work, it is also important to listen carefully to the opinions of those around you and then make your own views known. Maintaining long-term relationships with our customers does not mean simply repeating the same approaches. New value can only be created by adapting to the changing times, finding new ways to meet their demands, and embracing ideas that anticipate the future.

An Exciting Company for Everyone

Unlike factory manufacturing, infrastructure equipment work never produces the same thing twice. Every project is a first, and what we create always takes physical form and remains in place—no two are ever the same. When our renovation work is complete, it brings smiles to the faces of the people who visit the space. Those smiles come from experiencing firsthand the HVAC and plumbing infrastructure that is essential to everyday life. Together, we want to build a Tokyo Thermal where everyone can share in that sense of excitement.
