My work

Above all, I always keep in mind the importance of creating an environment where the on-site staff can concentrate on their work. To achieve this, I believe that the words I use are more important than anything else. Vague instructions and ambiguous wording only confuse people and prevent me from earning the trust of the staff. I have eight years of experience as a site manager. When I first started, I struggled to get the hang of the job, but I now make a point of communicating in language that is as simple, concise, and easy to understand as possible.

The appeal of the job

I believe there are many things that are considered important in our world that are actually invisible. Take water, for example. There have been cases in which water pollution caused by invisible human error has resulted in serious harm to local residents. The same is true for air conditioning. At the end of on-site work, we measure environmental conditions and airflow. These final adjustments provide the people in the space with an invisible sense of comfort. While I feel the weight of the responsibility, I also find the work rewarding when I imagine the unassuming smiles of people enjoying a comfortable space.

My perspective on work

Although I majored in the humanities, I chose Tokyo Thermal without hesitation at the time, and I now know that it was absolutely the right decision. The reason is that this job enables me to fully experience the atmosphere of each job site. What makes the job so interesting is that no two job sites are ever the same. At the same time, one thing that is always present is the responsibility of managing the site. Even a minor mistake could result in a defect in the entire system or even the entire building, so I approach every job with a strong sense of responsibility.
